BOULDER - A 9.9-acre lot Boulder in North Boulder lot slated to be a 57-home neighborhood has sold for $4.1 million.

Plans have been filed with the Boulder Planning Department showing that the property at 3015 Kalmia Ave. will become the Kalmia Estates. The subdivision will have 29 single-family homes, 16 duplex units and 12 quad units.

G&K Kalmia Properties LLC, Kalmia Investments LLC and Kalmia Holdings LLLP are the purchasers, according to county records.

Harper Hollow LLC is the seller and is listed as the developer that put the project through the design and entitlement process.
